Welcome to Advanced Studio Art. This course can be taken for a semester at the CP level or for the year for Honors credit. Eligibility for the Honors program is determined by previous class experience and academic performance in studio classes. Students in Advanced studio classes complete projects that are driven by grant funding or community initiatives, giving them an opportunity for direct experience in the project topic and thus more creative inspiration. Projects in this class also tend to be more open-ended, giving the student a chance to apply their own style and media preference to their ideas.
