When CB is not picking up policy, updated OS and GAdmin changes:

1. Sign in to your Chromebook.
   
   
2. Make sure it is connected to wifi.
   
   
3. Click the bottom right corner of the system tray.
   
   
4. Select the Settings icon - the cogwheel near the padlock.
   
   
5. Click “About Chrome”. (It may be under the 3 lines near the top left of this box next to “Settings”) (Note what the current OS version is)
   
   
6. Click “Check for updates”. It may take 5 minutes.
   
   
7. To apply the update, click the arrow icon and select Restart to Update.
